With their knowledge of French viticulture techniques, the Taillefert family laid a solid foundation of vineyards and outstanding wine production, evident over three hundred years later in Laborie’s wines of distinction. The bistro-style restaurant focuses on using the best available local and seasonal ingredients to present delightful food that is uncomplicated and clean in flavours.
